We are an organic synthetic group with a long expertise in the synthesis of functional organic molecules and hybrid materials. The group is well-known for the research on the synthesis of natural products, development of synthetic methodologies and medicinal chemistry.

The high interdisciplinary character of our research, has led to the establishment of collaborations with groups of other research areas.

Furthermore, we collaborate in drug development research with several pharmaceutical companies.

We are located in the Chemistry Department at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
